The Association
of Bridal Consultants (ABC) will be hosting a meeting on Wednesday, February 16 at 10:30 am-12:30 pm at the Hilton in Pensacola Beach, Florida. The meeting will be located at the White Sands room. We will have music and food provided by the Hilton. The cost of the meeting includes lunch.
ABC is open to
caterers, florists, wedding consultants, musicians, DJs,
photographers - you name it! For those who have not been before, we
normally have 80+ people in attendance! ABC has been hosting
networking meetings in the Panhandle of Florida since November 2008.
We are limiting
this meeting to 70 attendees.
Registration: Everyone that registers will receive a confirmation email on Monday, February 14.
Speaker: Elisa Rowland, Independent Sales Director, Mary Kay
Topic: “Whoah! Do you really mean to say that? Image tells its own story
-- What is it telling on you?” Elisa will focus primarily on what the exterior
image communicates before a single word is uttered and how it can help or hinder
professionals in building business.
About the Speaker:
Elisa Rowland began her Mary Kay business in August 2000
after being a fulltime stay-at-home-mom to her four children. Her “big dream”
when she began was to make new friends and earn some extra money.
Within the first 10 months she built a team of more than 30 consultants,
became an Independent Sales Director, earned her first career car and was the #1
sales director in her area. Only a year after that, she and her team earned the
prestigious trophy on wheels — the Mary Kay Pink Cadillac.
She has earned many awards and distinctions offered by her Company,
including many trips across stage on the National Queens Court of Sales and Unit
Circle of Achievement, and she has five career cars to her credit in the 10
years she has been in business.
Her success can be credited to dreaming big with God, working her business
consistently, and making other people feel important.
Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) Membership:
We are encouraging wedding consultants/professionals in the area to
join. We want to build a strong network in the area to pass business
to back and forth. There are are annual dues of $225 for wedding
vendors and $185 for novice wedding consultants and $265 for wedding
consultants (this membership level is based on your educational credits
and experience). Please contact me if you need a membership
application.
